T-shirt exhibition held in August 2004 as part of Tokyo Style in Stockholm 2004 opened October 7-10 in Tokyo’s hotel CLASKA. Haruko Masuda produced the entry area within the exhibition space, featuring 80-plus original t-shirts by creators and artists in Japan and Sweden and inou+ selection of fabric from Sweden. Over 200 people attended the opening party on October 7. Experimental work forging new ground in artistic expression through sculptural images and colour aesthetics. Images projected on lattice-patterned fabric, the latest creation by interior fabric designer Suminoe. Magical contemporary Japanese spatial direction.
