Work presented at Tokyo Designers Block 2004. Third solo exhibition in this annual event. Experimental installation projecting 2 image sources on tent material suspended from the ceiling in oblong shapes. Images projected on the glossy surface of the tent material create glittering colours and bewitching sparkles found in contemporary Japanese patterns. Images transform like patterns within a kaleidoscope, with the tempo adding to the visual stimulus. The installation is themed on contemporary Japanese design using space and colour and features Click electoronica sound by German music label Mille Plateux, realized using MaxMSP and Jitter software.
